Established in 2003, Viva Fresh started with its Initial Headquarters and first store in the city of Ferizaj, Kosovo.

Viva Fresh operates as a retail chain and offers more than 80,000 products from different categories such as food and beverage, home and decoration, garden and working tools, fashion, cosmetic and hygiene, etc.

Private Label products are an additional line of products that are fully designed, branded and fully developed by Viva Fresh. Private label products are manufactured solely for Viva Fresh, meeting all European standards.

Through tailor made strategies, investments and a professional team Viva Fresh store is becoming the business that gives everything a customer needs in one place and a business that is committed to fulfill customers’ demands.

Today Viva Fresh is one of the largest and most valued Retail Chain in Kosovo operating with 74 point of sales in 25 cities of Kosovo and with a total over 100 000 m2, measured in net.

Company Development

Viva Fresh expanded exponentially within the years both in product lines, stores and sales.

During 2005-2010 Viva Fresh moved its headquarters from Ferizaj to Prishtina as it expanded with 7 more point of sales in 5 different cities.Further during the period of 2011 – 2014 Viva Fresh became a trend setter in the industry by implementing the category management training for future category managers. International professional trainers were engaged to implement the best practices to today’s category managers.  13 new point of sales were opened during this time reaching in total 21 point of sales by the end of 2014.

The biggest success of Viva Fresh was marked in 2015 becoming the leader in market compared by revenues and point of sales. During this year Viva Fresh started the project of Smart Logistic Centre (investment loan EBRD & ENEF) that is the best in the Region (AL, MNE, MK, RKS, BIH) with 15 000 square meters, 26 Gates, yearly capacity of shipments of 15 million boxes and an organization that is planned in details to facilitate job in logistic, storage and stock management. This Logistic Center at first was seen just as an ideal concept and was followed with skeptic attitudes from many people and even the suppliers did not see it as a practical process.

However, today all suppliers are grateful to this project, as they consider that it is more time effective and it has fasten the process of supply chain, as before they had to deliver goods to each point of sale while now they distribute only in one place. Certainly, this Logistic Center has changed the supply chain both for suppliers and point of sales, as well as has brought an added value to the overall market.

The design of the warehouse was made based on the new concepts of Smart Warehouses performing effective and efficient practices.

In 2018 Viva Fresh opened its first Outlet Store offering a wide range of products with a very convenient price, while making sure customers find all the products they aspire and all their needs are expected. This Viva Fresh Outlet offers a variety of fashion and home products.

Viva Fresh has experienced constant increase on yearly annual turnover.
